Job Description:
Candidate with strong Research and analytical skills background can apply for this role.
Responsible for monitoring client conversations on various social media platforms to generate daily, weekly, and bi-weekly reports which include metrics and insights into those metrics.
Creating daily, weekly, bi-weekly reports which contain insights and social metrics on competitors and industry data sets which are gleaned from social conversations.
Complete QA checks on reporting outputs and other teams output.
Mentor analysts so they are proficient in Radian6 and complete client reporting deliverables.
Learn Radian6 and become an expert in the tool.
Deep understanding of American culture, language, and assigned client. Must have a broad understanding of the client, competitors, and industry conversations to help refine insights and results.

NOTE: Finanlcial Research/ers experience will NOT be a great fit for this role.

Candidates from Market Research firms (top research firms like IMRB, Nielson, D&B, Gartner, IDC, etc ) can apply for this role.
Ideal candidate will have experience in Analysing, interpreting and providing insightful reports of Social Media conversations/behaviors to Clients.
He/she should have worked on Secondary Data and Research tools - Hoovers, LexisNexis,
Good to have exposure in Radian, Brandwatch, OR any other tools.

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization/PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required.
