Job Description:
Overall: Goaling, SHARE, Overlay territory set up, 1&2 tier direct bookings support, reconciliation, Cases handling and other G2C support activities in Asia
New Year Readiness support including Hierarchy Assignment/People assignment, goal sheet, creation, Territory Management(Account set up), and Sales claiming and crediting.
Process improvements and global program roll out support.
Point of Contact for business partners around GSs creation process.
Ensure that the training requirements are being met across the internal and extended teams for the entire suite of tools and processes.
Utilize a relevant case management Tools to create support cases surrounding issues raised for all supported area functionalities.
Collect, analyze financial and business information, and develop reporting package.
Provide Reporting around G2C process activities (KPI's) including Ad hoc reporting and partnership with process team leads.
Work with IT to transfer knowledge for automated solutions.
Business representation on strategic projects as needed.
Partner with internal teams, especially on assignments and hierarchy so that any issues with set-ups and share assignments can be proactively updated/corrected in the system.
