Description:
Candidates
will be responsible for taking a senior role for an enterprise quality GUI web
application interface. The responsibilities will include the following:
Owns
the development and maintenance of part of a complex software application with
the objective of developing high quality code in accordance with a products
functional specification.
Provides
technical direction for product sub-system, and/or application research,
design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
Adapts
and promotes overall direction to reflect changes within the company.
Quickly,
efficiently and independently resolve highly complex problems, even those of
large scale or across multiple products.

Experience
REQUIRED:
Must
have 5 years of experience developing web based GUI applications specializing
in complex workflows, fully dynamic interactions, and user interaction.
Can
quickly respond to the changing business needs and roll out functionality in
small increments rather than a big bang approach
Experience
interacting with sales /marketing and gathering requirements
Experience
in prototyping and giving design suggestions
Qualifications:
Must
have knowledge of web 2.0 technologies
Proficiency
with front-end scripting including: JSP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX hands
on experience with Java.

debugging complex code and resolving browser compatibility issues.
Must
have knowledge of HTTP, TCP.
