Job Description:
Managing end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to final onboarding
Maintaining Recruitment MIS
Assistant in other HR activities such as - adherence to process, employee engagement etc
Other operational activities
Candidate will be on a 1 year contract, which can be renewed basis performance.
Must have completed full time graduation
Good communication skills
Should be adept at Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Should be good at co-ordination and taking follow-ups
Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing would be an added advantage
